Terms of Use

The terms that apply to using this website and requesting an estimate.

These terms cover using the Junk Eaterz website and asking us for an estimate through it. The agreement for any actual work is made directly between you and Junk Eaterz when we speak — not by this page.

Last updated: October 18, 2026

A quote request is not a booking

Sending the quote form asks us for an initial estimate. It does not reserve a date, a time, or a crew, does not commit you to work, and does not charge you. We confirm any assessment or removal appointment with you directly. Scheduling an appointment does not mean that the final price has been agreed.

Estimates and agreed prices

We can provide an initial estimate from your job details and photos or arrange an on-site assessment. An initial estimate may change once we see the job in person or learn more about it, such as additional or heavier items, a longer carry, restricted access, or material that needs different handling.

We’ll agree on the price before any work begins. If the scope changes, we’ll agree on any price adjustment before doing additional work.

Availability is not guaranteed until we confirm it

Telling us your preferred timing helps us plan, but it does not hold a slot. A date is only yours once we have confirmed it with you directly.

What we cannot take

Some material we are not able to handle. The current list is on the Services page. If something on a job turns out to be on that list, we will leave it and explain why.

Getting to the work

We need safe, reasonable access to the items and the property. If we cannot get to them safely or reasonably — blocked access, unsafe conditions, nobody available to let us in — the work may need to be delayed or rescheduled. If that means an additional charge, we will discuss it with you before it is applied.

On-site assessment

Some jobs are easier to price in person. If an on-site assessment is needed before work is agreed, any charge for that visit will be disclosed to you before it happens.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Contact Junk Eaterz as soon as possible if you need to cancel or move a job. Any applicable fee or condition is disclosed as part of the job agreement we make with you directly, rather than imposed through this website.

Payment

This website does not collect payment information and does not process payments. Payment methods, when payment is due, and whether any advance amount is required are agreed with you directly before work begins.

Photos you send us

By attaching photos you confirm you are entitled to share them with us. We use them to understand and price the job. We will not use them in advertising without asking you separately first. How they are stored and how long they are kept is described in our Privacy Policy.

Using this website

Please use the forms for genuine enquiries. Do not submit anyone else’s personal information without their knowledge, and do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site. The website content, layout, and branding belong to Junk Eaterz.

We try to keep the information here accurate and current, but the website is provided as it is. Service details and availability can change.

Google Maps features

Optional address suggestions and maps use Google Maps Platform. Your use of those features is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Google’s handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page limits or removes any right you have under applicable law. Where these terms and the law disagree, the law applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
